BAIZE. 1 @ $75.00 75.50 3 75.00 442,50 _ TOTAL $187.50 87.50 'Refund policy: Should it become necessary for client to cancel this booking, a cancellation fee will be charged: For cancellations more than 61 days before the event, a refund of the retainer, less 25% of the total booking fee; For cancellations between 31 and 60 days before, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking fee; For cancellations between 7 and 30 days before, the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total booking fee; For bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to event, the full amount of the booking fee is due. 'Bookings of 30 minutes or less are limited to private single-family home visits. All other home parties, as well as corporate and special events, are a minimum one-hour call. "For Special Events, performers will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to appearance unless otherwise stipulated above in this agreement. *All rates quoted above include mileage. 'All costumes are standard Holiday Dress. " Due to the nature of the performer's traditional outfits, it is necessary that they have periodic breaks and that their performance location be cool and comfortable. We recommend 65 - 70 degrees. "If indoors or outdoors in a warm environment, a fan for the performer and appropriate breaks will be necessary per health and safety regulations. 'It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors. Therefore, cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. Any and all photos taken of our performers, whether by individuals or professional photographers, are assumed to be for private or personal use of the client/s and their guests and may not be used for commercial or promotion use without written permission.
