Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting
on the 22th February, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a
Development Standards Variance application to: seek approval to exceed the maximum allowed 35% lot coverage to
58.3% lot coverage for the property being known as 1242 W. 136th Street, Carmel, IN 46032 - Parcel #17-09-23-00-00-009.001
The application is identified as Docket No. 15120021V.
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range
3 East, located in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, being more
specifically described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, said point of beginning being North
88 degrees 55 minutes 42 seconds East (assumed bearing) 1000.85 feet from
the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 00
