I am meeting with the Fire Department at 11:00 am. Would there be a time either before or after that which I could swing by your offices to meet? Please advise. Thank you in advance for your consideration. You will need to get approval from Jim Blanchard the Building Commissioner for this. I have copied Jim on this email. Also, his phone number is 317-571-2450. There is already a temporary C/O for furniture and fixtures, so this would be adding the guests/workers on top of that. Below Bruce Knott has recommended approval to allow our staff into the building as well as public visits. He mentions that this approval needs to be confirmed by the Building Commissioner. Can you please confirm with me the process for getting the Building Commissioner's approval on this request? We are hoping to move our staff into the building to allow us to pull our sales trailer and begin landscaping at that area. Thank you in advance for your response. I appreciate it. (building commissioner). At your request, staff members can start working in the facility. At your request visitations from civilians can start. Based on the current elevator problem, we are not approving resident occupancy at this time.
