Good afternoon Buzz. Please thank Mr. Butler for delivering the cashier’s check.
We have issued the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy with conditions. I understand that there are other conditions for the Urban Forester as well as unpaid inspection fees. These will
need to be resolved. The Temporary C of O will be available Monday for pick up. I have attached a copy of the conditions that were attached to the Temporary C of O….these conditions
are what we discussed Monday. We had comments/suggestions for the License Agreement…so even though Mr. Butler has signed it, we can address our suggested revisions if the License Agreement
is ever actually needed for the City to enter the property and build the compensatory storage area.
