John,
I don’t know exactly where we are in the discussion with Clay Regional but we do have a project under consideration at 96th and Randall Road.
Currently it has been withdrawn, as the Plan Commission was so concerned about the drainage plan that they basically said…..show us your plan to deal with the water and them comeback
with your proposal for buildings.
At the moment, the new KIA building agency has been built and is waiting for an occupancy permit but, they have not built their temporary mitigation…..even though they had promised to
do so. So, I believe even the COO is being withheld.
Part of this picture may include your plan to deal with waste currently handled by Clay Regional. So, the point of this long message is to ask you to let us know in the next few weeks,
just where you are in those negotiations and how it “might” impact these discussions.
