Gentlemen,
At the Plan Commission Special Studies meeting earlier this week, the Butler people withdrew their petition for a new PUD.
The consensus was that the drainage on this property was the underlying problem. Additionally, it appears that while the Hyundai building was allowed to be built, the owner did not fulfill
his obligation to provide temporary mitigation. Therefore, I would hope that until that has been built and inspected, the Certificate of Occupancy would be on hold.
Let me and Councilor Rider know if there is a problem with this.
