I checked the status of this project and see that I do not have a record of drainage design approval from Crossroads. Please verify with them prior to submitting your final plans. Once we receive the construction plans we will sign them , issue the Storm Water Management Permit and then you may schedule the preconstruction meeting. Please confirm the following: 1. Please confirm that you have applied for a right-of-way permit. 2. Please advise as to the status of the permit from the County. After we release this for construction, the following items are still needed: 1. BMP Easements approved by the BPW and recorded 2. Final O&M manual approved and recorded 3. Dedication of Right-of-Way through the BPW 4. My understanding is that engineering now just needs the signed construction drawing sets (9 copies) in order to release the building permit and schedule our preconstruction meeting. Please confirm and we will get the sets to you as soon as possible. I am holding off printing until we are sure there are no more comments or outstanding items. I would like to get these to you today if possible. Thanks for your help. Sean T.
