I am forwarding the plans to our water distribution staff for review. They may ask that you send a hard copy of the utility plan sheet., but they will review the plan and comment back
to you as soon as possible.
In addition to our final review, the water availability fee and water connection fee needs to be paid. I am attaching an email below that was sent to Brad Schrage of American Structure
Point in February that lists the fees. We can also send you an invoice for this if you prefer. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Based on the information provided the water connection and availability fees are figured as follows;
Average monthly consumption is 525,000 gallons per month
One equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) = 9,000 gallons
525,000 gallons/9,000 = 58.33 edu’s
The fee per edu is $2615
$2615 x 58.33 = $152,532 water connection fee
There is also an availability fee that is based on acreage. The fee per acre is $2020. I have used 6.5 for your acreage which may be off slightly.
$2020 x 6.5 = $13,130 water availability charge.
There is also a review fee of $150.
Summary
Water Connection $152,532
Water Availability $13,130
Review Fee $150
Total Fees $165,812

Good morning-
We received plans for the new Drury Plaza Hotel located at 9625 N. Meridian St. This is a 10-story, 184,307 square foot building with a restaurant. I have attached some elevations
and the site plan. Please let me know if this is OK to review/release a building permit.
I have also copied Sean Twomey with Drury Development Corporation on this email. Please copy him on your reply.
