then lets split them out. I have not awarded my lumber package yet, so I do not have my truss drawings.
Let me know

John, regarding the garages that are shown on these plans, will you be applying for these separately at a later time? Since these are separate buildings they would each need their own
permit.

Good morning, Nick –
Please have the project manager/builder email me pdf’s of the proposed site plan and also of the exterior architectural building elevations. We need to make sure that what they propose
to build matches what the Plan Commission approved back in 2011, under Plan Commission docket no. 11020013 DP/ADLS. Then, we can stamp/approve those 2 things if they match up.
My Dept. also needs a copy of the Recorded commitments that were proposed as a part of this project.
Here are the web links to the Letter of Grant and also to the Revised Letter of Grant, that list out the Conditions of approval form the Plan Commission: http://cocdocs.ci.carmel.in.us/weblink/0/doc
/1000868/Page1.aspx and http://cocdocs.ci.carmel.in.us/weblink/0/doc/1002510/Page1.aspx

Good morning, I received an application for the new Woodland Terrace, a 185 unit apartment building located at 689 Pro Med Ln. I have attached some of the civil plans. I know they
have received approvals from many departments already, so if you’re OK with the project being released, just disregard.
If you have any questions, let me know.
