We need to make sure that what they propose to build matches what the Plan Commission approved back in 2011, under Plan Commission docket no. 11020013 DP/ADLS. Then, we can stamp/approve those 2 things if they match up. My Dept. also needs a copy of the Recorded commitments that were proposed as a part of this project.
