HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Woodland Terrace CCRC.msgHi, Rick -
Please check with Nick Mishler in the building permits dept. about this; his number is 571-2444.
If you can show/prove that these are truly assisted living type units, and not just senior apartments, then I think there might be an opportunity to waive or reduce that fee. I think
something similar was done with Barrington of Carmel…
Other ‘impact fees’ would just be dedicating street right of way and installing the path. That would be done through the Engineering dept.
Nick can also get you the water and sewer permit fees, if you need those, too…
Thanks,

Hello Angie,
It looks like this project is finally going to take off and Justus is updating their budget. We noticed a Parks & Recreation Impact fee based on dwelling units. Will Woodland Terrace
be assessed this fee on each of the 185 units? Are there any other impact fees we need to be aware of?
Thanks,
Rick N. Reynolds, ASLA, PLA
