Mike,
The figure we have used recently for similar facilities is 76.1 gallons per day per unit. This would bring your edu count to 47 edu’s, which is approximately half of what our ordinance
calls for. As stated on the phone the ordinance is outdated.
This would bring your total water and sewer connection fees to $198,105. Availability fees which are based on acreage would be $24,690. There would also be a $150 review fee. So in total,
based on the information provided to date the water and sanitary sewer fees would be $222,945.

See attached unit mix. First and second floor dedicated to Memory Care and Assisted Living, total of 98 units. Second and Third floor dedicated to Independent Senior Living, total
of 87 units.
Are there any other fees this mix would apply to?
