Nick, we have no more issues regarding release of the building permit. Justus may contact Dan Greskamp to schedule a pre-construction meeting. We still need the following: 1. Performance bonds equal to 100% of the value of the approved estimates. 2. The recorded O&M manual 3. A PDF of the final drainage report. 4. An approved right-of-way permit from Fred Glaser. I think we are ready to pull permits! My understanding of all items is as follows: 1. Per the BPW meeting this morning, our Stormwater Technical Standards Variance were approved with the conditions of the petitioner entering into a consent-to-encroach agreement with the City. Please find this application attached for your processing. 2. Engineering, Drainage and SWPPP approval has been achieved. 3. Final signed/sealed plans have been submitted. 4. Water Quality Performance and Erosion Control Performance estimates for bonds have been approved by John Thomas. 5. Work in the Right of Way estimate was resubmitted Monday morning to David Barnes. Waiting for final approval. 6. Easements: in Review [Will not hold up start of construction] 7. R/W Dedication: In Review [Will not hold up start of construction] Justus would like to pull permits, post bonds, and have their preconstruction meeting ASAP.
