HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Permit #13100019 Carmel Senior Living.msgNick, We have had a few addendum submissions to IDHS for this project. I know that the design releases have also been copied to Jim Blanchard. Does Carmel Building and Code Services require anything else? Thank you, LAURA M. SCOTT, Assoc. The full building drawings that you have reviewed for permit release include the Addendum #1 to revise the building slab. Addendum #1 for the full building was reviewed and the release received from IDHS. Since the full building drawings are all encompassing do we even need to concern ourselves with a foundation permit? Do you still need the Addendum #1 revised foundation only drawings? Please advise. LAURA M. SCOTT, Assoc.
