Martin – I spoke to Jim Blanchard this afternoon. The City of Carmel has the correct street addresses on file within their system. If the ‘old’ addresses appear when you file for certificate
of occupancies, the city will simply correct them at that particular time as needed. There is no need or benefit to refile these corrected addresses with the state.

Mr. Blanchard – It was recently brought to our attention that the City of Carmel had previously revised the street addresses for the apartment buildings that comprise this project and
we were not made aware of this change until recently. The attached drawing illustrates the updated street addresses. This revised drawing was made this morning.
When we filed this project with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, Plan Review Division, we filed the “older” out-of-date version of this drawing that reflect the previously
issued but currently inaccurate street addresses. Consequently, this change impacts the permitting process as the street addresses were later changed.
I wanted to share this information with you and ask for your advice if you believe it is necessary or advisable to file an addendum with the state reflecting this change. Please call
me if you have any questions. Thank you.
