HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE river road shops - building 2 &3.msgCharles,
Thanks for the information. All things considered, the fairest thing to do is to assess the same fee as building one paid. This was $15,106.32 for water and $4608 for sewer. So it will
be that same amount for both building 2 and for building 3. There will also be a $300 review fee. Please let me know who we should address the invoiced to and we will send it as soon
as we are able. Please note that the fees need to be paid prior to the building permit being obtained. Thank you.

John,
Based on the inquiries I have had on the project I believe most of the tenants will be service providers. We have had contact with a dry cleaners, an optometrist, and a chiropractor
and this is probably the type of tenant the project will attract. There has been no interest from any food service business at all. I have attached information from our Boardwalk Shoppes
center that may be useful as these are the type of businesses I expect will lease space at River Road. Please do not hesitate to call me if you would like to discuss further.

Mr. Key,
We are trying to fairly asses the water and sanitary sewer connection fees for building 2 and 3 of the River Road Shops. At this point do you have any specific tenants signed up, or
do you have an idea of potential tenants.? For example, will the 20,812 sq ft of building #2 have a restaurant and office space? Any additional information you can provide is helpful.
Thanks
