HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Path behind Building #2.msgAngie,
During the Building 1 approvals, it was proposed to add bollards at the west end of the path due to the grade change from the path to the ground. The path originally ended at the top
of the wall, which extended due south about the western property line.
During the building 2 & 3 design approvals, it was decided to get the path down to grade as best possible by breaking the retaining wall 90 degrees and modify the grade of the path.
We removed the bollard details but added the temporary barricade, as grade issues were still a concern. However, as you can see in the photos, the path simply empties into the common
area at grade and doesn’t require a safety barricade. I hope this makes sense, but please call my mobile if you have questions.
Thanks!
G

Thanks Nick.
If Jeff Lewis can get Greg Ilko to provide an explanation as to why the barricade is not needed anymore, then I think we can work this out this week.
