Angie,
Due to the fact that the section of River Road adjacent to Charlie’s Building #3 is not yet reconstructed, the path has yet to be built. For occupancy, the FD is requiring hard surface
access from all egress points, so we’ve modified the site plan per the attached to show a temporary sidewalk extending to the north and south as need be to accommodate the eastern doors
of Building #3 and satisfy the FD comments.
This walk can/will be removed once the River Road design is done and final grading is determined for the permanent path.
Please let me know if there is any further action necessary at this time. They are looking to get that walk installed next week.
