HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE River Road Shops buildings 2 and 3 (2).msgGood morning, Shawn –
I emailed Nick Mishler and the ‘builder’ with what I needed to review, on Oct. 13. Then, I circled back with Nick on Oct. 21 to let him know via email that I still had not received anything
from the builder. (Basically, I still need the proposed site plan and proposed architectural elevations via email and in a pdf format or similar….)
Here is what I wrote on Oct. 13 to Nick and had cc’d to klcrealty@sbcglobal.net <mailto:klcrealty@sbcglobal.net> :
Good morning, Nick –
My Dept. needs pdf’s of the site plan and of both buildings’ exterior architectural elevations (all sides). We need to make sure that what the Plan Commission approved (under Docket
No. 14050011 ADLS Amend) is what they propose to build.
Also, regarding the path that runs along the south property line, we are still working with Crossroad Engineers and Platinum Properties, to get that final design/layout finalized, for
where it ends at the west property line.

Subject: River Road Shops buildings 2 and 3
Good morning, Angie! Per your request, I’m emailing you with the reason for my call a few minutes ago.
Charlie Key, the developer of River Road Shops retail development contacted me yesterday and said that Nick from the building permit office told him there was something holding up the
issuance of the permit for buildings 2 and 3. He indicated that an email had been sent out on 10/21 with information that was needed. I called Nick this morning to find out what the
issue was, since we had not heard anything about any issues needing addressed. Nick told me that there were utility fees that needed to be paid, and also something to do with planning
and zoning. He didn’t say what this planning and zoning issue was, just that I would need to contact you. Can you forward over whatever the request was from 10/21 and/or let me know
what it is that Planning and Zoning is in need of? Charlie is trying to get the foundations and parking lot work done before winter (which sounds funny since there is snow on the ground
now).
Please feel free email back or give me a call at the office or on my cell phone.
Thanks for your help!
