Not only do we have path issues at building 3, we have issues at building 2 as well because we were never sent the latest plan revision for how the path was to terminate. The last revision
we have does not show this barrier. Until we get this barrier constructed, the city will hold up the C of O for building #2 as well.

Is there anyway possible to grant a TC of O for building #2 while this barrier is being built. We really need to enable the Owner to begin tenant finish work.
Please advise.
