The Planning Dept. has now stamped/approved the 2 buildings’ architecture and the site plan, and they are attached as pdf’s. One last thing the Department needs is a letter/email from
Platinum Properties (Tim Walter or other rep) explaining the situation about the path build-out into the ‘stormwater park’ and committing to the extension on the path west of this subject
parcel by a certain committed to ‘build by’ date.
Lisa – Please add these pdf’s to laser fiche, to Plan Commission docket no 14050011.

Good morning-
I have received plans for two new buildings at the River Road Shops: buildings 2 & 3. Building 2 is a 23,856 square foot structure at 14570 River Rd, and Building 3 is 23,912 square
feet at 14560 River Rd.
I have attached some of the site plans and elevations of the buildings. Please let me know what your department will need prior to the issuance of building permits.
