I realize there will probably only be 3 suites when this is built, but we typically need to assign numbers to all potential suites in case these are divided up at a later time. So whatever entrance you would use for each suite, you would use that suite number. I have to prepare a lease for the suite directly to the east of Payless and I need that suite number. Charlie said the building will have three suites east of Payless and three suites south of Payless. Payless is suite 400. Any help will be greatly appreciated! For occupancy, the FD is requiring hard surface access from all egress points, so we’ve modified the site plan per the attached to show a temporary sidewalk extending to the north and south as need be to accommodate the eastern doors of Building #3 and satisfy the FD comments. This walk can/will be removed once the River Road design is done and final grading is determined for the permanent path. Please let me know if there is any further action necessary at this time.
