They have passed their final but not their landscaping inspection, and they have also not returned the completed accessibility form to me. Once those have been completed, we would issue
a C/O. If you want me to put a hold on that pending completion of the HVAC issue, let me know.

1. I will ask Brent or Darren take photos of that Ricker’s site/building. Then, I can contact the builder/developer of the site to see if they can voluntarily comply. If that does
not work, then I can have Code Enforcement follow up with a violation letter.
2. Corrie knew about the Peace Water patio petition; I ran it past her a few months ago, and she liked it. (And, yes, I can also add her to the TAC agenda distribution e-mail list).

1. As of last Thursday, 3/19, the Rickers at 146th/River Road has not completed the screening of their rooftop HVAC. What is the best way to get that fixed?
2. Can we add Corrie Meyer to TAC list? She should have been copied on the PeaceWater proposal, it would probably be better to let her see everything going on…
