Good morning- I received plans the Central Park West Commons, Phase I project located at 1195 Central Park West Drive. It is a new 2600 square foot restroom/storage building on the same parcel as the Monon Center. I have attached a site plan and several elevations for the new building. Please let me know what you will need prior to the release of the permit. Also, please copy Job Keller with Patterson Horth on your reply. He is cc’d on this email.
