The Carmel Special Studies Committee took the following action at its meeting on August 5, 2014
regarding an apptication for plan and design approvals for a 13,596 sq ft building addition and
landscaping. The site is located at 1217 Range Line Road. It is zoned B-8Business and lies within the
Carmel Drive/Range Line Road Overlay.
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: Docket No. 14050015 ADLS
1. Additional right-of-way needed on Range Line Road — will work with Engineering
2. Outside storage only allowed in non, hatched areas shown on site plan
3. Propane tanks must be located in larger, 4' wide approved outdoor storage area
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application
for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
