Here is what I’m still waiting for:
· Receipt from Clay Township Regional Waste (sewer)
· Receipt from Carmel Utilities (water)
· Approval from INDOT for right-of-way work (if applicable)
· Approval from Carmel Engineering
· Approval from Vectren
· Approval from IP&L
Some of these items may have already been approved when the overall site
was approved for the Dairy Queen. If this is the case, I will just need
confirmation that these agencies are OK with this phase of the project.

Is the gas station and DQ under same ownership? Reason I ask is that we currently have an issue with a buried
manhole due to DQ construction and if we had something to hold over them maybe they will get it raised sooner
than later?

The following items are complete
Clay Township Regional Waste was taken care of when we did the Dairy Queen
Carmel UtilitiesWater, taken care of with Dairy Queen.
Waiting for response from INDOT but entire site was approved by INDOT when Dairy Queen built.
Carmel Engineering, I will try again to reach today
Vectren. Gas load sheet and application has been submitted.
IPL, will try again today. If you have any questions let me know.

The Planning/Zoning Dept. has reviewed the proposed bid set for the C-Store against what the Plan Commission had
reviewed and approved under docket no. 13090003 ADLS Amend . The stamped/approved Exterior Architectural Building
Elevations are attached, as well as the stamped/approved Site Plan. (I have attached color elevations, since the ones
submitted for permitting in the bid set were only provided in black and white, and did not have building materials
textures shown on the actual elevations.) The Planning/Zoning Dept. is okay with Joe moving forward with your Dept.
and with the building permits process.
Please let the builder/developer know that Signage must be approved separately, with the Sign Permit process, but that
is also done through our office, and they can work with Cat Schoenherr in our office. Joe , please click here for a link to
