Hi, Nick (and Andrew) –
The Planning/Zoning Dept. needs PDF’s from Andrew, of the site plan and of the exterior architectural
building elevations (of all 4 sides of each building). We need to make sure that what they plan to build is what
the Plan Commission approved with Docket No. 14110006 DP/ADLS . Then, if all is good, we can
stamp/approve those. Then, Andrew can move forward with the building permits review/approval process.

The parcels are owned by same owner and the rezone to a pud was approved 2014 and dp/adls in early
2015. We will combine the parcels thru the county but I am still not understanding why that prevents us from
pulling a building permit when owners are one and same and all plans are approved?
Do we need to discuss via phone?
Thanks

Hi, Nick (and Andrew) –
The Planning/Zoning Dept. needs PDF’s from Andrew, of the site plan and of the exterior architectural
building elevations (of all 4 sides of each building). We need to make sure that what they plan to build is what
the Plan Commission approved with Docket No. 14110006 DP/ADLS . Then, if all is good, we can

Good morning, Nick - all of the reasons you list below make sense; we can't have parcel lines running through buildings. Some
options are that they can combine all the parcels into one parcel (which makes the most sense from every standpoint), or they can
amend the shapes of the current parcels so that there are no conflicts with building footprints.
Let me know if I need to do anything else regarding this.

Angie-
See below. Am I wrong about this development needing to be on a single parcel? Based on the site plan, it looks like you would have
a parcel line running right through a few of the buildings. I think from a tax standpoint it would all need to be the same too, right? It
just seems like this would open up a lot of potential problems if we allowed it. If I'm wrong, let me know.

I received an information request for Green House Cottages, asking for the builder, owner etc. The problem is I haven’t received an application for
this project yet, so all we would have at this point would be P & Z documents. Can I just email them a link to the Planning files in Laserfiche (city

Based on what I have learned about the facility, I don’t think we should charge the fee. I think it will be a nice addition to Carmel as-is, and very
few of the residents would be using the parks.

The Park & Rec Impact Fee is typically paid at the time of permit issuance. I believe the rate is approved by the Board of Public Works every
year. The charge would be $1,847.00 per dwelling unit until June 15 th , and then $2,031.00 after that. The rate is locked in on the day you submit
