The location pins are the same, just 2 different pictures for clarity. The color matches the building trim, and the barn will
be one color. Overall height is around 10 feet. In the spring we will install a privacy fence to between the barn and the
drive lane. Please let me know if you have other questions. Thanks.

barn design/location administratively, and then adding that approval to Laserfiche to BZA docket no. 15120021 V for

I spoke with this gentleman yesterday about the Traders Point Christian Church on 136 Street wanting to add a mini
barn. He talked with building and code, and the size of the barn he wants does not require a permit. He called us to ask
about exterior color per building and code’s recommendation. I asked him to send me the location, what the height
would be, and asked him to try to have it generally match the building color. This is what he responded with. It looks
good to me – do you see anything that needs other approvals?
