Would this be the carwash addition to the building at 4140 East 96 th Street? We have signed plans for the carwash
addition that were approved 8/25/14. I have had them over there ready for a pre-con but they never asked for one.

Do you guys have anything new on this project? Has it been reviewed? The developer just called me and they are wanting to start construction,
but it looks like they never actually sent an application for it, so he is sending that overnight.

Last correspondence in folder is dated 11/19/14, that being between a Petr Kotrba of N&F Engineering and G.
Duncan. Pertained to ROW width of 75’. Nothing since then, and I have no engineer’s estimates or bonds for it. Maybe
John can put some light on the E.C. and/or plans status.

The revised elevations sent yesterday were revised per the 10/7 meeting and from my understanding, should be
correct. I’ve attached elevations comparing the previously submitted elevations w/ the north/south elevations
sent yesterday. The vertical joint spacing didn’t change much, but more verticals were added to reflect the
gridded pattern, as on the east elevation. On the original north/south elevations, the verticals aligned w/ the
edges of the overhead doors. The new elevations have the verticals more evenly spaced. Let me know if you
need anything else.

Hi, Bryan – thanks for these.
We are close to approving these, but it looks like only the pattern/scoring of the EIFS on the East elevation was changed
(to match the pattern of the EIFS on the existing building) , and not on the south or north elevations. Please revise and
re-send.

You will get a Letter of Grant from our dept. that will list the approval and all the conditions of approval, too, for the
Penske Honda Service Addition .
In the meantime, you probably need to touch base with the Carmel Engineering Dept. to make sure you have addressed
all their review comments.
Usually, then, you would start working with the Carmel Building Permits Dept. to secure the building permits and start
their review process and go off of their checklist; however, it looks like someone has already started working with the
