A contractor comes in and does some work, disappears and then nothing done for 4 to 8 months. The last time I was past there, I drove by about 4-6 weeks ago and it appeared there could possibly be someone working on the parking lot. I haven’t been by there since. My inspection has been on hold since last spring/summer as there has not been any work done on the legal drain since then. The storm structures at the rear of the site had not been backfilled as of last fall. I still need to do a final inspection of the storm sewer, but that cannot be done until all the grading around those structures has been completed. When I was by there 4-6 weeks ago it looked like the backfill for the storm was still mounded around the structures so I did not stop. 5 Luther M. This is a permit that was pulled in 2013, has not yet had a final, and is currently expired. However, we have received information that the owner is already occupying the building and using it for events. Please let me know if your department has outstanding issues that need to be satisfied so I can compile a list of requirements.
