Ross,
The new proposed location of the bike racks complies with the City’s standard. Comments from the
alternative transportation review have been satisfactorily addressed. If you have any questions or
need anything else, please feel free to contact me.
If there are any modifications made to the plans that affect the alternative transportation elements,
please re-submit plans to me for review.
Thank you,

David,
Thanks for your feedback. I’ve attached revised drawings showing the bike rack location moved to
the other side of the walk as you suggested. It should now be within 50’ of the front entryway.
Please confirm if this is acceptable.
Thank you,
Ross

Ross,
Thank you for following up on this. I was able to review the revised plans. Bicycle parking is
required to be installed within fifty (50) feet of the front entrance. It looks like the proposed
location is a little short of that requirement. It also looks like you there is space to install the bike
racks on the other side of the adjacent concrete walk to meet this requirement. I attached a copy of
the bike parking ordinance for your reference. If you have any questions or need anything else,
please feel free to contact me.
If you prefer to submit revised plans via email, please feel free to do so.
Thanks,

Hi David,
I wanted to check on the review status of our revised plans sent 12/13. We should have addressed
your original review comments by showing the bike parking spaces outside the main entrance.
These are detailed on the landscape plans.
Please let me know if everything is acceptable.
Thank you,
Ross
