I was able to review the revised plans. Bicycle parking is required to be installed within fifty (50) feet of the front entrance. It looks like the proposed location is a little short of that requirement. It also looks like you there is space to install the bike racks on the other side of the adjacent concrete walk to meet this requirement. I attached a copy of the bike parking ordinance for your reference. If you have any questions or need anything else, please feel free to contact me.
