He is gone for the day so I will need to talk to him on Tuesday (we are closed Monday for Memorial Day). Occasionally he will
do a final and forget to tell me…so I will see.
One other issue too, is it looks like there will be fees due for some additional inspections on this project. I will need to calculate
these and get with Jim to see exactly what we will need to do to get a full C/O issued.
I will talk to him on Tuesday and let you know where we stand. Have a great weekend.

going to get with you and let you know that we have already done the full final, which is why we were able to open the
store already.

only, and the note says do not occupy. Are you looking for a C/O to occupy the building pending the landscaping inspection? If
so, you would need to schedule a full final inspection with our department as well as CFD. You can call our office at 571-2444
anytime until 5pm today to get on tomorrow’s schedule.

We have been getting lots of calls about the release of this project and I need to do some housekeeping…please help me
as you can.
Our records show that the following is still required to be submitted:
1. Bonding for SWQ and Right-of-Way improvements
2. I know that we are holding the SWMP until we have the bonds
3. What was resolved regarding compliance with the Thoroughfare Plan? I do not recall any discussions about this.
4. PDF of the final drainage report
5. Easements to review before sending to the BPW (BMP and likely a drainage easement since off-site water drains
through the pond)
6. R/W dedication? (I cannot remember if additional r/w was required or not)
7. R/W permit for work in the right-of-way and for construction equipment access to the site from the right-of-
way.
Please let me know ASAP your recollection of what has been submitted, what has not and items that are not required
(such as r/w dedication of the existing r/w already conforms to the Thoroughfare Plan). Is the owner aware of the
outstanding items?

2. I know that we are holding the SWMP until we have the bonds
3. What was resolved regarding compliance with the Thoroughfare Plan? I do not recall any discussions about this.
4. PDF of the final drainage report
5. Easements to review before sending to the BPW (BMP and likely a drainage easement since off-site water drains
through the pond)
6. R/W dedication? (I cannot remember if additional r/w was required or not)
7. R/W permit for work in the right-of-way and for construction equipment access to the site from the right-of-
way.
Please let me know ASAP your recollection of what has been submitted, what has not and items that are not required
(such as r/w dedication of the existing r/w already conforms to the Thoroughfare Plan). Is the owner aware of the
outstanding items?

plan. Please let me know what you will need prior to the release of a building permit.

It is project dependent. Some projects have been approved and we are waiting on final submittals before issuing the
storm water permit. Others are still in review, so they will have to wait until Gary gets back. I will do my best to keep
