This hydrant is located just North of 131 st on the South-East corner of the church property. Our concern initially was that its location is not accessible for use and it is very close to the limits of the retention pond. It was not apparent that there was an elevation issue also that made it inaccessible from 131 st street. Had we been aware of these issues from the beginning there would have been a request made for the hydrant to be relocated further West, near the new entrance off of 131 st street. With this being a large building and not requiring a fire sprinkler system, we strongly request this hydrant be relocated so we have access to at least one hydrant at both ends of the property. If there is a fire emergency in this building we will need all the water resources we can get very quickly. I would still like to meet with you to discuss any loose administrative ends. I know our technical review is complete (we approved the SWPPP on 6/13/14, Engineering on 7/1/14 and drainage back over a year ago on 9/23/13; we issued the Storm Water Management Permit on 7/17/14 and had the precon on 9/5/14 ) but my checklist for all submittals is not complete and would like to update the status. Bonds and permit with the engineer have been submitted and issued. Agreements have been signed by the owner and everything is in order to our knowledge. Several of these where filed with the engineer months ago. The preconstruction meeting took place on September 5, 2014 and ran by Dan Greskamp. I would think Dan would be able to verify all items are in order. I spoke with Jim on Thursday per your request and he stated we where set to go and that you would be able to complete our permit on Friday when you returned from being away from the office. If you need anything please let me know. We have been trying to pull our permits for this project since April. My metal building is sitting on the ground and the weather is changing if anything is required let me know immediately I appreciate your help in pushing this over the finish line so I can begin performing for my owner.
