Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing
Officer, meeting on the 25th day of January, 2016 at 5:15 pm at One (1) Civic
Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 (2nd Floor, City Hall) will hold a Public Hearing
upon a Development Standards Variance application to:
Consider a Variance of Development Standards application permitting a lot
coverage of 43.2% (ZO Ch. 6.04.03.F. -Maximum Lot Coverage, 35% allowed,
43.2% requested).
Property being known as: 12188 Teal Lane, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
The Application is identified as Docket No. 15120011 V.
