The .course fee is $1,595. Please confirm your participation in the Indiana:Certified Public Manager
Program by completing.the online.Registration form forthe-initial series of training sessions. Go to:

CANCELLATION
In the event:you cancel your:registration-notify Ball State:University,two weeks prior to the start-of the first

TRAINING SCHEDULE and LOCATION
After registration, you:Will receive a packet of information prior to the first session. Below-is the training
schedule and location to assist you in making plans for attending the training sessions. As noted in the .
application, attendance at:all training sessions is required in order.to receive full certification.:.
