The difference is the two buildings (1 & 3) that originally came in as 20-units each are now 23-units each, for the additional 6 units. It looks like when we submitted for the permits I wrote down 20 units instead of 23 units. I doubled check the state design release and it shows 2 23 unit buildings. The original correspondence for the Lakeside project indicated it was 277 units. We should probably have you complete plan revisions for each of these buildings so we can get these corrected. You would also need to pay for the additional PRIF and CO fees for each building. I have attached the form you will need to submit for each of the two permits. If you have any questions, let me know.
