Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals
meeting on the 17th day of March, 2016 at 12:00 PM in the City Hall Caucus
Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a public hearing upon
Development Standards Variance application to:
To change minimum rear yard from 20 feet to 17 feet.
I am requesting a variance to allow my future home to fit on the property,
as a large portion of the property was used by the city to build Illinois street. ZO
CH: 6.04.03.D
The property address is 301 Mallard Court, Carmel, IN 46032. The
application is identified as Docket No. 16030001 V. The real estate affected by
said application is described as follows: Spring Lake Estates, Lot 29, Rear Yd.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
at the above-mentioned time and place.
