Jen Wilfong will accept and approve old town alley fund, in lieu of site water and detention. She would like a letter in writing, approving the old town alley fund, and explaining what it will do for her property, in lieu of any rain garden or rain barrels. You talked about in the meeting on Friday that she is able to make in payments, over the course of construction, for the $6,000 alley Fund. Can we also have that in writing? I would like to add your letter to our fact-finding documents packets. If this can be made, we have no issue with the additional proposed lot coverage as long as it does not negatively impact the adjacent lots surface drainage ( as discussed at our meeting, we’ll work this out when reviewing the plot plan).
