GENERAL PROJECT NOTES1. THE MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SCOPES OF WORKARE LIMITED TO BASIC DESIGN-BUILD ALTERATIONS WHICH ARE OUTLINEDIN THESE PLANS. THE DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACTORS FOR EACH TRADEMUST NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT IF THEY FIND THAT THE SCOPE OF WORKEXCEEDS THE LEVEL OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING WORKINDICATED ON THESE DRAWINGS SO THAT ANY NECESSARY ENGINEERINGCAN OCCUR AND ADDITIONAL PLANS CAN BE FILED, OR IF ADDITIONALINFORMATION IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO DO THE WORK IN THE FIELD.
