The ENDEAVOR project occupies approximately six percent (6%) of the ground floor area of a three (3) story building. Beneath the ground floor and separated with a 1-hour fire resistive assembly, is an enclosed basement parking level. The ENDEAVOR project is a Group M occupancy, and the construction type of this project and the shell and core is V-A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard space on three sides. The ENDEAVOR tenant is a Mercantile Occupancy providing a Boutique retail experience for the residences of Carmel.
