Parking Level Self Storage project is a Group S2 occupancy, and the construction type is I- A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth. Parking Level Self Storage tenant is a Storage Occupancy providing self storage space.
