A full description of the responsibilities of dealers, owners, users, operators, lessors and lessees have been
outlined in a brochure''prepared by manufacturer and enclosed in the weatherproof compartment de-
signed to contain,the manual for this piece of equipment. For full details concerning your responsibilities
and requirements for compliance,pie ase consult this brochure.
The following is a brief resume-but is not complete:
