Nick – I have stamped/approved the exterior architectural building elevations, as they match what the Plan Commission
sub-committee ultimately approved under Docket No. 16030007 ADLS Amend. (The stamped plans are attached as a
pdf.) As long as the petitioner complies with all the Conditions of the ADLS Amend approval (listed below), then we are
comfortable with them moving on with the building permits process:
1. Dumpster must be enclosed
2. Bike racks will be provided on raised area between first two parking spaces
3. Bike racks will be covered
4. Landscaping will be relocated onsite due to new bike rack installation
5. Work with power company and Engineering Dept. regarding relocating or burying power lines into site
6. One of the first floor bathrooms will be made ADA compliant
7. Petitioner will work with Staff on finalizing these items

I have received the attached plans for an addition & remodel at Advisa, located at 210 N. Range Line Rd. This is the same lot that we received a
demolition application a few days ago for several walls & garage. I have attached the building plans for this project. Please let me know what you
will need prior to release. Also, please copy Tom Lazzara with Custom Living on your reply.
