Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals
will meet on the 23rd day of May, 2016 at 5:15 pm in the City Hall Caucus
Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 and hold a Public Hearing upon a
Development Standards Variance application to:
install pool equipment within side yard setback. Minimum setback is 10
feet per Zoning Ordinance Chapter 25.01.01.C.8.a, and 8 foot setback is requested
for pool equipment..
