Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals
will meet on the 23rd day of May, 2016 at 5:15 pm in the City Hall Caucus
Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 and hold a Public Hearing upon a
Development Standards Variance application to:
A variance is being requested for the front yard or east setback of the house
currently under construction. The house was approved and constructed with a 10’
setback to the property line. This 10’ setback places the house closer to the street
than expected during approval(s).
Property being known as (address): 410 1st Ave NW, Carmel, IN 46032
The application is identified as Docket Numbers 16050009 V
