Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals
will meet on the 23rd day of May, 2016 at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Caucus
Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 and hold a Public Hearing upon a
Development Standards Variance application to seek variance for new fence.
Petitioners seek to obtain a zoning variance to allow a 6 foot privacy fence
in the rear of their property which borders 136th street. Currently the zoning
requirement is 3.5 feet max fence height along 136th street. Due to their pool,
children, and pet, the petitioners are seeking a zoning variance
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows: Foster
Manner, Sec. 1, Lot 8
Property being known as (address): 4652 Allen Drive Carmel, Indiana
46033
