GENERAL
SUMMARY
This Section includes administrative and procedural requirements for the following:
Preconstruction photographs.
Periodic
construction photographs.
Final Completion construction photographs.
SUBMITTALS
Key Plan: Submit key plan of Project site and building with notation of vantage points marked for location
and direction of each photograph.
Digital Construction Photographs: Submit each photographic view within three (3) calendar days of taking photographs.
Identification: On e-mail to
which images are attached, provide the following information:
Name of Project.
Name of photographer.
Name of Architect.
Name of Contractor.
Date photograph was taken if not date stamped
by camera.
Description of vantage point, indicating location, direction (by compass point), and elevation or story of construction.
Key Plan: Submit JPEG image or images, as necessary
for legibility, of key plan showing Project site and building with notation of vantage points marked for location and direction of each photograph. Provide separate key plan for each
story of construction and indicate elevation or story.
Digital Images: Submit a complete set of digital image electronic files as a Project Record Document. Submit images uncropped.

Digital Images: Provide images in JPEG format, with minimum sensor size of 1.3 megapixels.
EXECUTION
PHOTOGRAPHS, GENERAL
Photographer: Engage a qualified commercial
photographer to take construction photographs.
CONSTRUCTION PHOTOGRAPHS
Preconstruction Photographs: Before starting construction, take color photographs of Project site and surrounding properties, including existing items to remain
during construction, from different vantage points, as directed by Owner.
Periodic Construction Photographs: Take four (4) color photographs weekly, with timing each month adjusted
to coincide with the cutoff date associated with each Application for Payment.
Final Completion Construction Photographs: Take 24 (twenty four) photographs after date of Substantial
Completion for submission as Project Record Documents.
Additional Photographs: Architect may issue requests for additional photographs, in addition to periodic photographs specified.
