Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting
on the 27th day of June, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 2nd
floor of City Hall, One (1) Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public
Hearing upon a Development Standard Variance Application to provide for a new
Enterprise Auto Leasing/Rental facility with a reduced west setback, reduced
(variable) front bufferyard, and one additional business identification sign.
With property being known as approximately 4200 East 96th Street (NE
Corner of East 96th Street and Randall Drive)
The application is identified as Docket Nos.: 16050017 V, 16050018 V and
16050019 V
The real estate affected by said application is described as: Tax ID Parcel #
16-14-08-00-00-018.121
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
