B. EMECUTLON

• 2» Balled and buriapped stock to be set with "root flared' exposed
6" to 8" above grade level on layer of compacted planting soil
mixture, plumb and in center of pit or trench with top of bail above
ari;acent finished landscape grades. When set, place additional
bG ckfill around base and sides of ball, and work each layer to
sable backfill and eliminate voids and air pockets. When
excavation is approximately two- thirds full, water thoroughly
before placing remainder of backfill. Repeat watering until no
more is absorbed. Water again after placing final layer of backfili.
C. MAINTEFANCE
1. Begin maintenance immediately after planting. Landscape
