Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals will meet
on Monday, July 25, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers (2nd Floor), 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 to hold a Public Hearing upon a
Variance of Development Standards Application. The Application filed on behalf
of the Indiana Spine Group and Hospital and Browning Real Estate Properties,
LLC, is identified as Docket Nos. 16060013V & 16060014V and seeks approval for a logo sign to be placed on the north façade of the surgery center (currently
under construction).
The affected property is addressed as 13219 and 13225 N. Meridian
Street and consists of three tax parcels. The County Tax Parcel Numbers of the involved properties are 17-09-26-00-00-004.101; 17-09-26-00-00-005.103; and
17-09-26-00-00-005.003.
The details of the Application and the legal description are on file in the
Department of Community Services Office, 3rd Floor of City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, and may be examined during normal office hours.
Written comments regarding the Applications may be filed with the
Secretary of the Board of Zoning Appeals before the Public Hearing at the above
address. Any person may offer verbal comments at the hearing or may file written comments at the hearing.
The Public Hearing may be continued to a future date from time to time as
may be found necessary.
