The Application filed on behalf of the Indiana Spine Group and Hospital and Browning Real Estate Properties, LLC, is identified as Docket Nos. 16060013V & 16060014V and seeks approval for a logo sign to be placed on the north façade of the surgery center (currently under construction). The affected property is addressed as 13219 and 13225 N. Meridian Street and consists of three tax parcels. The County Tax Parcel Numbers of the involved properties are 17-09-26-00-00-004.101; 17-09-26-00-00-005.103; and 17-09-26-00-00-005.003. Written comments regarding the Applications may be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Zoning Appeals before the Public Hearing at the above address.
