What is the criteria? Alley fund contribution will be required if a variance for over 45% lot coverage is requested. They will have to ask for the variance and as part of the approval either pay the $6,000 or provide detention on their lot. Is a 26 -ft back to back street okay? Any issues with it not being 30 -ft? Said they were ok if parking restricted to one side. Said we should ask Fire Dept. if they are ok with this. I think we need work on a policy, go by the Engineering street section drawings, or add something to the Carmel City Code where it states when you have to restrict parking to one side. Maybe this is out there somewhere already? If so we need to find it so we can stop repeating this question since the developers seem to continue to push for smaller streets. What are your thoughts on the proposed plaza plan for the Shoppes @ the Bridges? They are ok with this. _ 1l� D. Forrestal Estates — John and Alex may need info from us, they are concerned about the drainage easements. They also don't have construction plans. Lex said she would look at their secondary plat to see if there are construction plans for them. E. Medvet — Concerned about dedication of right of way and lot coverage, drainage, etc. Thanks! This addition has created a slight change in the plaza shape and has shifted some of the landscaping. We are using a decomposed granite material in several areas including the bocce ball court. We think that this plan will provide some added activity and character to the plaza. Please let us know if you have any comments or questions.
